Excellence in Training and commitment to become the very best! Your commitment for the sport of hockey has now become a central focus for you as an individual. Becoming the strongest, fastest and best player now consumes you and your now training to win! Team Command is for the players that have come through our Team Accelerate program and have been evaluated by our staff and have been recommended to Team Command Program based on ability and skill and also maturity and level of play. As USA Hockey States in the Long Term Athlete Development Model Team Command covers phase 7 and phase 8 of the LTAD: Training to Win and Hockey for Life!

Skills Achieved:

  • Players will master skating technique, train consistently to build power and strength to achieve maximum performance during their season. They will master tactical skating progressions with pucks while under pressure. Game film breakdown will help their hockey IQ. We continue to build explosive movement strategies for power and quickness on ice, while training to compete at the highest levels is the focus off the ice as well.
