Get ready to experience one of the most unique 8U hockey events of the season. Our Winter Tournament Series promises two days of exhilarating hockey action at our beautiful outdoor Pavilion attached to the Hockey Hut. Each weekend event is packed with thrilling games and unforgettable memories.

• Location: The Pavilion at the Hockey Hut, Upstate NY
• Extras: Enjoy delicious eats from our on-site food truck, lively music, gather around the bonfire between games, and indulge in S’mores – perfect for creating lasting family memories.

Tournament Schedule:

Capital Clash Tournament

• Dates: December 21st – 22nd, 2024
• Division: 8U White
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

New Years Classic

• Dates: January 4th – 5th, 2025
• Division: 8U Red
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

February Frenzy

• Dates: February 8th – 9th, 2025
• Division: 8U Blue
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

Additional Information:

• These tournaments are designed specifically for 8U teams across Upstate NY.
• No stay-to-play requirement so each team is assured a minimum of 4 games, offering ample opportunities for competition and skill-building.
• For those traveling, we’re happy to recommend nearby accommodations and local attractions in the Capital Region.

Registration Details:

• Fee: $600 per team
• Deposit: $200 (non-refundable if canceled within 2 months of the event)
