Hockey Hut Northeast Tournament Series

Get ready to experience one of the most unique 8U hockey events of the season. Our Winter Tournament Series promises two days of exhilarating hockey action at our beautiful outdoor Pavilion attached to the Hockey Hut. Each weekend event is packed with thrilling games and unforgettable memories.

Event Features:

• Location: The Pavilion at the Hockey Hut, Upstate NY
• Extras: Enjoy delicious eats from our on-site food truck, lively music, gather around the bonfire between games, and indulge in S’mores – perfect for creating lasting family memories.

Tournament Schedule:

New Years Classic

• Dates: January 10th & 11th, 2026 
• Division: 8U Blue
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

Cupids Cup 

• Dates: February 14th and 15th, 2026 
• Division: 8U White
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

March Meltdown 

• Dates: March 7th and 8th, 2026 
• Division: 8U Red
• Format: 4 vs. 4 with goalies
• Game Duration: 30 minutes
• 4 Game Minimum

Additional Information:

• These tournaments are designed specifically for 8U teams across Upstate NY.
• No stay-to-play requirement so each team is assured a minimum of 4 games, offering ample opportunities for competition and skill-building.
• For those traveling, we’re happy to recommend nearby accommodations and local attractions in the Capital Region.

Registration Details:

Team Registration Options:

• 1 Team: $900 per team, per tournament

• 2 Teams (same organization): $800 per team, per tournament ($1,600 total)

• 3 or More Teams (same organization): $700 per team, per tournament ($2,100 total)
