FAQS
Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about our pickleball program at the Clifton Park Pavilion
Who Can Rent Courts
Court rentals are free for our members only. Members can bring guests (non-members) with them; guests will need to pay a $10 drop in fee. Non-members do have the ability to rent a court for $40 and can have a max of 6 people on the court. Non-members, please go to Court Rentals to purchase a court.
Do I Need to Rent a Court or Can I Just Show Up
Due to the demand of our courts, we ask that everyone reserve their courts in Zen Planner or contact us ahead of time to reserve their spot. Please reserve your courts 8 hours in advance. If there is an issue, please give us a call or send an email.
We Have a Group of 6 Coming, Can We Just Have One Person Reserve a Spot For Us
We ask that ALL people showing up to play, reserve a spot in Zen Planner under their respective courts. This will help to avoid too many people on the courts at once. Please call or text us if there’s an issue reserving the spot.
How Do I Reserve My Court In Zen Planner
The easiest way to manage your Zen Planner account is through our Member App. You can download the App for free on your iOS or Android phone. Simply login to begin using it (you will only need to login your first time).
Within the Member App, click on the calendar icon in the top right. You can reserve your spot or add yourself to a waitlist (if the class is full) by clicking the star next to the time you wish to attend. If you no longer can attend a class, simply click “Cancel Reservation”.
The day of your reservation, the star will now be a check mark and say “Check in” Please check in once you have arrived.
You can also just head to our Zen Planner website, and reserve your court there!
I Don’t Have Any Pickleball Equipment, What Do I Do?
We have paddles and balls readily available for those who need them!
